Open your order using the order number, zipcode or email address.
You can return unused items to us within 14 days. After the return has been checked, the corresponding amount will be refunded (minus EUR 5.00 for the return shipment) - according to the payment method you have chosen. Processing and refunds may take up to 3 days. Check out our cancellation policy for more information.
Returns from abroad
We do not provide you with a return label for the return. Please note that the direct costs of returning the goods from abroad must be borne by you.
